Ricardo and Patricia We went there this past sunday for the brunch. The food was really good and the place is really cozy, we really loved it. We always looked for a place where we could sit and relax while having a nice meal, and this place was it. We hope to visit again the next time we are in the island. P.S. The pecan pie was delicious.
Geralyn Perez Hola.Siempre es un placer ir donde ustedes y disfrutar del suculento menu que tienen.Y es una alegria saber que mi esposo y yo vivimos cerca de ustedes y que cuando tenga el antojo del postre de Nutella los tengo a ustedes walking distance. Bendiciones siempre Geralyn y Pastor Carmelo
Peg, Leo, Lucas and Luna We so enjoyed our visit to your Bistro! It was a very hot July day when we decided to take a break and came upon your welcoming establishment. I don't know your name but you are the lady in the photos! You were so welcoming and so very nice to our 7 y.o. twins. I finally got to have that chilled glass of iced tea I had been craving and it was delightful! You graciously shared your secret too! I wanted to thank you for the oasis like experience and let you know that I finally found the Papaya tea!!
Regresaremos pronto, Gracias!
Don & Carol We visited your establishment recently and were quite pleased. Below is a review that I posted on a number of vegetarian websites on the net. Hopefully this will bring you additional business.
Old San Juan is not the friendliest place for vegetarians. St. Germain, an Old San Juan bistro & café, is a welcome oasis. My wife and I went there twice on a recent stay in Old San Juan. While not a vegetarian-only establishment, it does have EXCELLENT vegetarian options. The salads are wonderful… no iceberg lettuce in sight! They were made with fresh, tasty, dark, varied greens. There were several other vegetarian options on the menu. For non-veggies, there were numerous sumptuous dishes. They serve alcoholic beverages. The prices were quite moderate. The owners, a very friendly young couple, work the tables and are very attentive to your needs. The atmosphere is pleasant. We were quite pleasantly surprised with our experiences there. If they were located in our neighborhood (in Connecticut, USA), we’d be there on a regular basis. Both veggies and non-veggies will enjoy!
They are located at 156 Sol Street, on the corner of Cruz Street in Old San Juan, PR. Their phone number is 787-725-5830. They have a website at http://www.stgermainpr.com/
Melissa I want to tell you again how much I enjoyed dining at your cafe on Feb 7th for lunch. I am visiting San Juan on business and I am also a vegetarian so I was so grateful to find your spot. The food was so fresh and the staff so kind, warm and welcoming. I truly wanted to order one of everything on the menu! As the owner, you stopped by our table to ask how we had heard of your place. Your smiling face communicated how much you truly love what you do. I wish every dining experience could be as great as the one i experienced here. You deserve all the success in the world! I will be back soon and will tell anyone visiting San Juan to dine here! Thanks again for a quality experience!!

Evelyn Berde Your bistro was one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Puerto Rico! I am an artist and I was so impressed by the colors, furniture, flowers, music, architecture and the light in your wonderful restaurant. The people I met were so passionate about food and making patrons feel comfortable, I felt as if I were visiting a home, instead of a bistro. My husband, my daughter and I just got off of the plane in Boston and we are expecting a huge snowstorm tonight. The memory of your bistro will help to carry us through the storm! I will be dreaming of your "Tower" appetizer!
Thank you for your delicious, fresh, beautifullly presented food, and thank you for your kindness!
Peace,
Evelyn Berde

Esperenme!
